Game Day Instructions:
1. Login to the online system using the link below.
2. From the manager’s screen you will see the option for match reports just below your name.
3. Select the link for match reports and the system will return a view of your schedule.
4. For the games you are preparing to play you should print each game report by clicking on the blue check to the left of each game. The accuracy of what is printed is based on the inputs you have responsibility for via the online system. Carefully follow the instructions for printing you see displayed. If your roster information is incomplete or incorrect you must update it via the "Players" option from your primary menu when logging into the system.
5. Both managers should provide a copy of the Match Report along with a printed and signed copy of their official National State Association Roster and their player passes to the Referee crew for their match.
6. The officials will complete one of the printed copies (choosing one from the two supplied) with the information for the match. After all signatures are completed the Match Report will be provided to the winning team manager or in the case of a tie - to the home team manager.

Match Report should then be delivered to the Site Coordinator at
your play site.
If for some reason a site coordinator is not present, then perform
BOTH of the following tasks by the Monday following the game

8. If an individual from your team is ejected, the Region III Premier League Ejection must be completed and delivered to Steve Ballentine, Premier League D&P Chairman, within 48 hours. Email to agball@bellsouth.net or fax to 843-856-9986.
9. For the older teams that are allowed 22 man rosters, you may only have 18 uniformed players on the team sideline. You must line through prior to the start of the game the players on the Match Report that are not participating in that game.
10. Both teams are to occupy the same side of the field with spectators on the opposite side of the field on the same end of the field that their team occupies. There is a limit of four (4) adults on the team side for each team. Substitutes and adults on the team side will stay between their respective 18 yard line and the center line and maintain an appropriate distance outside the touchline at all times.
11. The team from the host State (as opposed to home team) is to pay referees at the field.
